Overview

YB□-12/0.4 series of prefabricated substations combine high voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low voltage electrical equipment into a compact complete set of power distribution devices, which are used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oil fields, and temporary construction places are used for receiving and distributing electric energy in the power distribution system.

YB□-12/0.4 Series prefabricated substation has the features of strong complete sets of equipment with small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and movable, etc. Compared with civil work style, the box type substation with the same capacity usually occupies 1/10~15 of the conventional substation, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction amount and reduces the construction cost. In the distribution system, it can be used in ring network distribution system and dual power or radiation terminal distribution system. It is a new complete set of equipment for the construction and transformation of urban and rural substation. YB prefabricated substation meets the national standard of GB/T17467-1998 “high-voltage/ low-voltage prefabricated substations”.

Structure

● This product is composed of a high voltage power distribution device, a transformer, and a low voltage power distribution device. It is divided into three functional compartments, namely a high voltage room, a transformer room and a low voltage room. The high and low voltage rooms have all functions, and the high voltage side is a primary power supply system. It can be arranged into multiple power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and also can be equipped with high voltage metering elements to meet the needs of high voltage measurement. S9, SC and other series of low loss oil immersed transformers or dry type transformers can be selected for the transformer room; The low voltage room can adopt panel or cabinet mounted structure to form the power supply scheme required by users. It has functions of power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement and electric quantity measurement to meet the different requirements of users. It is convenient for users to manage power supply and improve the quality of power supply.

The structure of the high voltage room is compact and reasonable, and it has the interlock function of anti misoperation. When required by users, the transformer can be equipped with rails, which can be easily accessed from the doors on both sides of the transformer room. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting device. In addition, all components in high and low voltage rooms have reliable performance and convenient operation, which makes the product run safely and reliably and maintain conveniently.

Natural ventilation and forced ventilation are adopted. There are ventilation channels in the transformer room, high and low voltage rooms, and the exhaust fan is equipped with temperature control device, which can automatically start and close according to the set temperature to ensure the normal operation of the transformer.

The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering. The material is made of color steel plate and has the function of anti-corrosion and heat insulation. With long-term outdoor use conditions to ensure anti-corrosion, waterproof, dust-proof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.

Plan Layout and Overall Dimensions

The YB-12/0.4 series of prefabricated substations are arranged in the shape of “mu” according to the arrangement mode (Figure 1-1, Figure 1-2); and arranged in the shape of “pin” (Figure 1-3, Figure 1-4). The dimensions are shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.

Foundation

● The foundation endurance requires more than 1000Pa.

● The foundation is set on a higher terrain, drained from all sides, and built with 200# cement mortar, mixed with 3% waterproofing agent, and the bottom is slightly inclined toward the oil tank (the oil tank is cancelled when it’s  dry type transformer).

● The foundation construction should comply with the relevant regulations of JGJ1683 “Technical Regulations for Building Electrical Design”.

● The grounding trunk line and grounding electrode should be done as usual, and the grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω.
